A clinic tells you your diagnosis. We help you live with it — roots first.
Concierge nurse advocacy, holistic wellness planning, and life coaching — founded by Racara Mastervick, MSN, RN. Care that treats the whole person, in the middle of a real life, in Central Georgia.
Mission Medical Wellness of Central Georgia is a concierge nursing practice built on a simple idea: real wellness starts by treating people as whole human beings, not disconnected symptoms.
Founded by Racara Mastervick, MSN, RN, we combine advanced nursing expertise with holistic care — advocacy, coaching, education, and long-term partnership. The work is rooted in root-cause thinking, in Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and in the belief that a plan you can actually live with beats a perfect plan you can't.
We serve individuals navigating complex diagnoses, families stretched thin by caregiving, and anyone ready to work on the foundation — sleep, stress, nourishment, connection — instead of chasing symptoms one prescription at a time.
"Your chart tells us what's happening. Your life tells us why."
Five steps that show up in every engagement — from a caregiver crisis to a slow-build lifestyle plan. The order matters more than the label.
Every engagement starts with a real conversation. Story, history, what's working, what's wearing you down. Nothing rushed.
Symptoms are loud; causes are quiet. Sleep, stress, nutrition, environment, relationships — we trace the pattern back to its source.
Grounded in Maslow: safety, rest, nourishment, connection. Nothing else holds until the foundation does.
Small, measurable steps that fit your life — not a printed protocol you'll abandon by Friday.
Follow-through is where most care falls apart. I stay in the loop long enough for the plan to become your own.
A working index of the disciplines the practice draws from. Every engagement combines several — matched to what the person in front of us actually needs.
A short field guide to how we think. Read it as the connective tissue between a symptom, a story, and a plan you can actually keep.
Physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, relational, environmental. Care that ignores any of these tends to unravel.
Core02A discipline borrowed from clinical reasoning and systems thinking: keep asking why until the answer changes what you'd do next.
Core03Physiological needs first. Then safety, belonging, esteem, self-actualization. Wellness plans that skip a rung tend to fall off it.
Core04Sitting between the patient, the family, and the healthcare system — translating in every direction so nothing important gets lost.
Ongoing05Rooted where I live and work. Local partnerships, small-group workshops, and one-to-one care across Middle Georgia.
OngoingLiving document — new frameworks, research references, and community resources will land here as the practice grows.
Master's-prepared nursing meets whole-person care — grounded in evidence, informed by lived experience, offered without dogma.
Racara brings advanced nursing education, hospital-floor experience, and a deep interest in root-cause thinking and behavioral change. Continuing education is ongoing across coaching, nutrition, trauma- informed care, and community wellness.
A handful of people who've walked through the process — patients, families, and clinicians we've partnered with.
"Racara sat with our family through the hardest week of my mother's care and translated every conversation into something we could actually act on. It changed everything."
"She doesn't hand you a plan and disappear. She teaches you the why underneath your body, your labs, and your choices — so you can carry it forward."
"I've worked with a lot of nurses. Racara is one of the few who genuinely sees the whole person — the physiology and the story behind it."
Private-pay is what lets us spend real time with each client. Every relationship starts with a free consult — no obligation, no pitch.
A no-pressure conversation about what you're navigating and whether we're a good fit to work together.
One focused session — an appointment attended, a plan reviewed, a family conversation facilitated.
A relationship, not a transaction. Continuous advocacy, coaching, and coordination for you or your family.
Custom family and caregiver packages available on request — every situation is different.
The things people usually want to know before we get on a call.
No. Mission Medical Wellness is a concierge nurse advocacy and holistic wellness practice — not a clinic. I don't prescribe or diagnose. I help you understand your care, coordinate between providers, and build the daily habits that support your treatment plan.
Concierge advocacy and coaching are offered as private-pay services, which is what lets me spend real time with each client. I'm happy to help you understand what your insurance does cover elsewhere and how our work fits alongside it.
Adults navigating a new or complex diagnosis, family caregivers stretched thin, and people ready to work on lifestyle and root causes — sleep, stress, nutrition, movement — instead of chasing symptoms one at a time.
I'm a Master's-prepared registered nurse. That means clinical fluency in labs, medications, chronic disease, and hospital systems — combined with a coaching relationship that meets you where daily life actually happens.
Both. In-person visits are available across Central Georgia. Virtual sessions serve clients across the state and beyond. Family conversations often happen as a mix of the two.
A 30-minute consult, no cost and no pressure — just a real conversation about what you or your family is navigating.
Whether you're facing a new diagnosis, supporting an aging parent, or ready to work on the foundation of your own wellness — reach out. You'll hear back from Racara directly.
